CenterLink is comprised of member centers that pay annual dues on a
calendar year basis based upon the size of their budgets.
Membership Benefits
As an official member of CenterLink,
your center is entitled to:
- Capacity building and technical assistance
- Invitations to national institutes, regional
conferences and trainings sponsored by CenterLink
- Access to tobacco
prevention and control training and resources
- Promote the Vote
- Publishing job openings and news releases in the
E-News, the weekly electronic newsletter
- When available, scholarship funds and travel subsidies
to attend national and regional meetings

Just download and print the Membership Application form below, select
the dues level appropriate to the size of your organizational budget,
and mail the form and payment to the address on the form. You may also
pay your dues online. See the information below for instructions. Confirmation
of your membership status will be sent to your center by mail when payment
is received.

Online Membership Payment
